FEATURES
Keyway broaches are available from stock in inch and metric sizes
- Inch sizes range from 1/16″ to 2″
- Metric sizes range from 2mm to 45mm.
- All AEROCUT keyway broaches are supplied with TiN coating at no extra cost.
- All broaches are supplied complete with shims
- Bushes: Collared or plain bushes are available from stock for all bore sizes.
- AEROCUT broaches interchange with American standard sized brands.
- Square and hexagonal broaches are also stocked and range in size from 1/8″ to 1″ and 4mm to 25mm.
APPLICATIONS
- AEROCUT broaches are used to cut keyways in inch and metric sizes to allow square keys to be used between shafts and pulleys.
- Square and hexagonal broaches can cut holes in inch and metric sizes.
NON -STANDARD PUSH OR PULL BROACHES
These broaches can be supplied for customers’ applications to comply with tolerance drawings.
Keyway broaches are also available in sets.
